What does it take to make Midwife of the Year?
In a nut-shell, she must be outstanding! This award is from parents and it is given in recognition that professionals
often make all the difference to the experiences of pregnancy and birth.
Midwifery is a very rewarding job, but no-one ever said it was an easy one! When a midwive makes that extra effort to make a woman feel supported, listened
to and cared about the benefits are amazing.
